What every onboarding wave costs you
For BPOs and fast-growing teams, these come back with every intake.
Trainers pulled off the floor
The modules teach the basics; your trainers coach and run the floor.
New hires wait to ramp up
Week-one topics are in your LMS the day each new hire starts.
A different version at every site
One script, so every site and shift learns it the same way.
The Onboarding Starter Set
The 3 to 5 topics every new hire needs in week one, built as one series and kept current.
We pick the topics with you
The questions new hires ask most, and the costliest early mistakes.
One visual system for the set
So the series feels like one programme.
A quiz and SCORM package each
Completion and scores tracked from day one.
Upkeep when things change
We update the scenes that changed, not the course.
How many hours did your trainers spend repeating onboarding this year?
Put in your own numbers: topics, sessions, hours and cost. The calculator shows what live delivery costs you, in your currency.
Field crews too
For new hands on a site, the first week is about safety. Short, mobile-first refreshers they can recall in the cold.
Concept courses built by ADC for fictional brands, made the same way we build for clients.
Not ready to build yet? Start with a Training Audit.
A short, paid review of what your team teaches over and over, and what to build first. The fee is credited in full if you go on to production.
Scoped and quoted individually, like everything we do.
We review your top repeat-training topics
What gets taught live again and again, who teaches it, and to whom.
We run the calculator with your numbers
Trainer and expert hours per year, in your currency, using only your figures.
You get a plan: build these first
A prioritized list of topics, with a sample set of learning objectives for the top one.
Questions about onboarding
Does this replace our trainers?
No. It takes the repeat explaining off their plate, so they spend onboarding time coaching, answering questions and checking real work.
Can new hires take it before their first day?
Yes, if your LMS gives them access. The modules work on a phone with the sound off, with captions on by default.
What if our process changes next quarter?
We update the scenes that changed and re-export. The rest of the series stays as it is.
Do we need an LMS?
It helps, because that is where completion and scores are tracked. Without one, we deliver MP4 files and a quiz document your team can run.
